Rachel Johnston - Chief Executive Officer
Rachel is the parent of Morganne Johnston. She works for Apptio Inc. as a Practice Manager for Engagement Management leading the team implementing the company’s technology product solution for their customers. Rachel enjoys supporting her community. She is passionate about STEM. She speaks at high schools and colleges to support women in STEM and an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Central State University.
Morganne Johnston - Founder / Assistance Executive Director
Morganne graduate of the University of Alabama majored in Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering and works for Boeing as Product Engineer. She continues to lead the organization. Her goal is to continue reaching girls who would like to code. She is hoping to extend the STEM program across the country.

Olga Silcox - Executive Director /Operations
Olga is a Principal Tech Program Manager, Strategic Program Acceleration at Walmart Labs in Arkansas. She attended Moscow State Institute of Radio, Engineering, Electronics and Automation(Technical University, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. She also attended University of Arkansas where she received a degree in MIS Information, Data Analytics and Bachelor of Science in IT. She has 2 sons that she enjoys spending time with.
Catherine Garner - Executive Advisory Leader
Catherine is Head of Technology at Walton Enterprises. Her love of technology is second only to mentoring and developing others to enrich their careers and lives. Catherine has served in various STEM leadership roles and has been involved with Lil Miss Coders since its inception in 2015.
Gini Cocanower - Co-Founder / Educational Executive Leader
Mrs Cocanower is a retired teacher from Bentonville High School. She taught programming courses and helped lead technology for the high school. She has been instrumental in leading the young women.
